Kim just gets it! I love that she works with my wardrobe, after 3 mat leave breaks I’d lost my mojo and honestly, once kids come along, us mums tend to put new clothes at the bottom of our list. Kim’s note: Sue already knew her most flattering colours but needed to refresh her wardrobe essentials across a few lifestyle areas. Then we work-shopped how to style them using accessories to ensure we had identified all Sue’s outfit choices, confident she’s ready for any occasion!
Kim is awesome! From designing my colour palette, to reconditioning my wardrobe and coming up with ‘looks’ I didn’t even realise I had in there! Then taking me personal shopping to find the ‘missing pieces’. The whole StyleSense experience was fun, informative and exactly what I needed! She really did make ‘sense’ of my style and I am so grateful. I would recommend Kim at StyleSense to anyone who needs a little help ‘putting themselves together’ and even to those who think they have it covered!
I had such a lovely experience with Kim. I had fallen completely out of love with shopping and clothes. Kim helped me to remember how fun and satisfying it can be to dress well and look good. I would highly recommend Kim and do to anyone that comments on my outfits!!
Kim’s note: Sue had already had her colours analysed years ago but struggled with what styles flattered her petite body shape, particularly dresses, so we solved that problem by showing her the most suitable shapes… and then outfitted and photographed them all too! Sue is set up for years!
Now I understand why some things looked terrible on me!!! This handy little colour wallet is coming with me everywhere from now on. Thank you Kim, that was fascinating!!
The express makeover service appealed to me because Kim was able to teach me what flattered my body within a 2 hour session with a fixed price and because we’ve just bought a house, I currently have limits on my spending, so that was very attractive!! Kim delivered on everything she said she would – plus it was surprisingly fun!
The session actually bought me to tears! I asked Kim if anyone had cried during a session before as I felt so overwhelmed that the clothes I had chosen in my wardrobe could suddenly look so new & fantastic in the hands of a professional!
Such a great service! Kim helped me to organise my wardrobe and confidently throw out all those clothes I hadn’t worn for years (but had been hoarding!). With Kim’s advice, I’m now also wearing some items which I hadn’t looked at for months – they now feel like brand new pieces! I’m also wearing colours and putting things together I would never have thought of. Would highly recommend her service to anyone, very worthwhile and loads of fun

I was sick of feeling daggy & mumsy but didn’t know how to put together a ‘smart casual’ look. I travel alot for work but don’t really know how to pack a professional looking capsule wardrobe. Since seeing Kim, I am so much more confident presenting to groups of 100 people knowing I look amazing! I realise now that I had lots of the wrong styles in my wardrobe. I see lots of non-size 10 people looking awesome and I wanted to be that person, and now I am! I now know where to shop, what to look for, as well as what to avoid. This process was life changing.
My session with Kim was life-changing! I’d been hating figuring out what to wear each morning – all I had were ‘items’ and despite having a full wardrobe, nothing matched and I was feeling limited yet overfull? I learned so many tips & tricks regarding colour, fits, material, all relevant to me specifically, that I’ve tucked away that I can refer to when I shop by myself. Now I actually really enjoy getting dressed! With some well-chosen pieces, I now have so many options! I get compliments at work constantly, even from teenage girls! So while the session was brilliant in itself, I’ve been able to transfer all the knowledge into my everyday life and it’s made a huge difference! Kim is awesome. I really appreciated her non-judgmental approach, her work ethic, how present she was during the session and her research. If you’re wavering about whether a styling session is something you want to spend your money on, don’t! It is so worth you, you are worth it !!
I’m a bigger guy and tall which has always made it hard to shop unless they were tailor made suits. My mum and wife would try to shop for me but would come back with the same 1 style in all colours just to give me choice. I really wasn’t sure if Kim was going to be able to do much better as I had tried for years to find clothes that would fit me that weren’t branded sports clothes, but she managed to fully kit me out in a smart casual style that I genuinely like, including shoes which was always the other area I struggled with. Incredible.
